The Milling agencies have been operating in Central Western New South Wales for over 100 years encompassing four generations of the family.

HONESTY, INTEGRITY and RELIABILITY.

The foundation on which the firm has earned its reputation.

Today this business has grown to offer a full range of services including residential and rural real estate sales, rural land auctions and private treaty sales, rural land management and farm clearing sales.

The firm operates at the Dubbo Regional Livestock sales each Monday (prime lambs and sheep) and Thursday (cattle) as well as selling store cattle most Fridays.

Our customer service, attention to detail and prompt settlement has always assured our clients satisfaction.

Graham is our company’s Managing Director. Commencing his employment in the firm as a Stock and Station agent in 1989, he proved his worth to the company through his hard work, commitment and loyalty, and has most certainly now earned his position as Managing Director of Peter Milling and Company.

Danny Tink

Livestock & Rural Specialist, Auctioneer

Danny grew up on a family farm in Dubbo area and has ben involved in agriculture all of his life. Danny joined Peter Milling & Company in 2007 and has been an experienced livestock and property auctioneer for the past 15 years and involved in the agency industry for 24 years. Danny specialises in marketing livestock to achieve the best results for the client, whether it be via Auction Plus, slaeyard, feedlot or over the hook. He is also involved in rural property sales and marketing. Danny has been awarded in the top 10 sheep and cattle assessors nationally. Danny services Central West NSW; anywhere from Wellington to Warren, Cumnock to Coonamble, Cassilis to Coolabah and everywhere in between.

As a Rural Sales Specialist, Peter has been an agent for 25 years and has been involved in agriculture all his life. His natural affinity with the land, ensures he can effectively meet our vendor’s needs and the buyers requirements. During his time at Peter Milling & Company Peter has been involved as the lead agent in the sale of properties from Cumnock to Coonamble, Wellington to Brewarrina and all points in between.

John Hyland

Livestock Agent

John has extensive livestock experience gained from 30 years in the industry, and having grown up with a farming background. Starting his career in 1996, John worked for a number of local agencies before joining Peter Milling & Company in 2015. John's services include prime sheep and cattle sales, AuctionsPlus sales, stud sheep sales, drafting and marketing livestock, clearing sales and property leasing/agistment. John services all areas.

Tim brings valuable experience to the role, having worked in the livestock industry since 2017. Raised in Warren, NSW, Tim comes from a strong agricultural background and has hands-on experience across mixed enterprise farming operations and the merino industry, having spent time working at Egelabra Merino Stud.

Senior Livestock Agent

Bruce was born into a farming family in the Gulgong area. He started his career with Elders Limited, managing two branches for them in Wellington and Narrabri before going into private agency in 1994. Bruce joined Peter Milling & Company in 2008 and has lived and worked in the Wellington region for 34 years. His services include general livestock sales, stud sales and rural property sales. Bruce mainly services the Wellington region, but does have clients in the Walgett and Collarenebri area. Bruce is on the committee of the Wellington Junior Rugby Union Club and is a past president of Narrabri Associated Agents.
